The TIF file causes a number of problems which unfortunately give errors
that don't really point directly to the cause. Yes I'd say it is a known
issue however some pages like forms will not be recoverable, you'll have to
re-submit.. that's a security measure to cover the example where you are
doing your online banking and leave the machine for a few minutes... someone
walks in and uses the back button to see your typed details etc. The
automatic clearing setting has always seemed to work well enough for me but
it doesn't seem to for some so I think manual clearing is a good idea...
main thing is though when something odd happens try clearing the TIF first
even if it seems unrelated.
