I have an issue that I cannot resolve. I am running Outlook 2007 on my
desktop, sycing (cached mode) with Exchange 2003. I also have a PDA/
Phone that is also syncing to Exchange. The issue is that when I
create a calendar entry in the PDA it syncs with Exchange (I can see
it in the web interface) but it will not sync with my desktop. If I
create a calendar entry on my desktop it syncs with exchange and the
PDA. Everything else is working fine.

Any thoughts?

Have you checked the sync error folder? Does it show up if you clear offline
items for the folder? Is the PDA/phone and iPhone?
