I need to move a user to different Exchange server; the new server is located
on the same segment as the original server, the user is in Cached mode and
accessing the server across a WAN link. When the mailbox is moved to the new
server does Outlook 2003 continue to use the existing ost file or does it
resync the entire mailbox against the new server? The user mailbox is rather
large and I am trying to avoid flooding the WAN connection.

Thanks,

-Ken

If the mailbox remains in the same Exchange organizationa and you use the
Move Mailbox function the original ost-file can be used.
