One client PC running Outlook 2007 on our 2003 Exchange Server suffers from
occasional email delay (upt to 4 hours) if switched to cached mode (to enable
junk email filter). no other PC is affacted.
Can Cached Mode settings be altered, or could there be another cause?
Many thanks

When the message doesn't show up in Outlook, does it already show in OWA?
Is there anything logged to the Sync Issues folder?

I'd not checked Sync Issues folder before unchecking Cached Mode, so will
have to re-instate and check that.
I don't know how to check OWA??

That is Outlook Web Access provided by the Exchange server. Usually the
internal address is;
http://exchangeservername/exchange

Contact your mail admin if you can't find it on your network.

Doh! Sorry - OWA not configured for that user. That said, now I've setup and
run autoarchive and emptied masses of junk mail an deleted items, I doubt
we'll have any repetition!! Should have checked the housekeeping first, I
guess.
Thanks fro your help
