Cached email address problems

I recently updated over 10000 contact addresses from inside Active Directory.
If I select one of these contacts from the global address book everything
works OK.

The problem I now have is that if someone has previously sent an email to
one of these updated recipients and instead of selecting the name from the
GAL they start to type a users name inside the "To" field the name that
appears automatically has the old email address associated with the
recipient. I am guessing this is some sort of cache. All users have the “use
cached exchange mode” deselected.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas how to clear this type of caching?

Thanks

Hi Pauul,

you have to delete the nk2 file, which is the file for the "autocomplete"
function:
