I am not a big fan of Cached email as users email account become out of
sync...

can you share a command, or function with outlook 2007 client that i can run
to re-sync the offline cached email with the E-mail server?...

In anyt version of Outlook that uses cached mail, simply delete the cache with
Outlook closed. When Outlook starts again, it will recreate the cache based
on the server's extant contents.
