Unwanted photos (JPEG) are cached to Photo Shop from my home page and sites
visited on the net. How do I stop this,turn it off?

Don't point Photoshop at the temporary internet file folder? Or read the
Photoshop Help section about caching?

I've had Photo Shop for over close to 7 or 8 years and have never seen
or heard of anything like what you describe.

More info please.
