I ran it again and it said IE.
I then deleted all cokies there and the next time it (PCPitsstop) did not
say anything any longer about Cache overflow.

Then you'll have to ask PitStop. Again, it's meaningless without knowing
which cache is overflowing, it may even be normal for that particular cache
to overflow, and something else handles it when it does.
