We can use Session to store data and have it accessible on every server in
our farm when we use StateServer or SQL Server for Session.

What about Application and Cache object in Load Balanced scenario? Can
they be share in any way between servers? I think not, but maybe I'm wrong?

There are many open-source (Memcached, SharedCache, ...) and commercial
(NCache, Velocity, ScaleOut, ...) .NET distributed caching solutions.
