so where do i go to restart a browser and where can i go to get a current

Annette,

Internet Explorer 7 is the latest version of the Microsoft browser & you can
download it from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/pro...e/default.mspx

Otherwise, go to the Windows Update site & download it from here:

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Not sure what you mean by restarting your browser though because if you are
referring to the report sent to Microsoft then all you have to do is
double-click the Internet Explorer icon

Your post is unclear, what does it have to do with cache? What do you mean
by "restart a browser"?
