Sam, is using the ethernet port on that modem an option for you? Might be
an easier solution.
Are the USB Drivers for your motherboard correctly installed and
functioning. Do you have any other USB devices and are they providing you
with and are they causing any problems. Do you have any avenues of support
for this device from the ISP?
