I can't connect to the internet with my modem. Here's the thing though: I
opened my network connections and it says that it's working and that there
are no problems. My modem, however, is offline, even though the modem is
recognized and everything else is fine. Sometimes, the connection works for a
few minutes, then dies again for a longer period of time. I tried to repair
the connection, problem still persists, same with system restore and
rebooting the computer. Didn't find any help in troubleshooting. I am going
crazy...!!!!
When I click on network connections, support and then details, it says that
the lease was renewed, but it already expired a few seconds later. What's up
with that?
I also did the network diagnostics and this is what I got with all items
that failed that test: destination host unreachable. What the hell does that
mean???
I hope someone can help me, because I am losing my mind....

Thanks,
xxx.
