Cabfiles

Hi,
We have created an ActiveX DLL using VB and used
package and deployment tool for creating the Cabinet file
which includes various DLL's( like msxml3.dll...) and also
WSHOM.OCX.
We have kept it in our web server and trying to register
the Cabinet files using IE by accessing the HTML file
formed during creating cabinet files , but it is not
getting registered.
