CAB Instalation on Specific Directory

Hi Guys,
Iv made some tests with the CAB file generated by the Visual Studio,
and noticed that it always install the files inside Program Files.
So i changed the project properties to build inside an specific directory...
Anyway it havn't worked....
....Any way i can tell the CAB a specific directory to install his files?

Ive made it...There is an .inf that is built inside the obj directory where
these changes can be made.
