I've found a few other similar errors but in those cases it stated the
c_20127.nls not found. In those cases it was the RIS file that was
corrupted, when the image was deleted, the problem was resolved. I don't
think this is a Windows issue, there may be a conflict with something else
on the Gateway machines.
