C_20127.nls Error

keeping getting the c_20127.nls error when atempting to
do the RIS imaging. How can I resolve this.

Are you sure of your version's compatibility with XP, have you checked for
updates for your software?

Yes, the Gateway Profile 4 machines that I am trying to
image are XP compatible. I am using the same process on
Dell 650 machines and everything works well, but not on
the Gateway machines.

I've found a few other similar errors but in those cases it stated the
c_20127.nls not found. In those cases it was the RIS file that was
corrupted, when the image was deleted, the problem was resolved. I don't
think this is a Windows issue, there may be a conflict with something else
on the Gateway machines.
