I get c00d11c9 when i try to burn a cd-r, i get a pop up telling me to insert
a blank disk. Ive tried several branded disks so i dont think its the media.
the drive is an nec dvd ng-2500a, ive uninstalled, reinstalled, updated
drivers. tried nero, instant copy and mp10. I searched the knowledge base and
it suggested My computer-Devices with removeable storage-Properties and sure
enough ther is no Recording in the resulting window, but i dont know how to
remedy this. I would be most grateful for any help on this as im not sure if
its just something thats not enabled or if its the drive, because one of my
more computer friends reckons that it may be the drive signaling that its
busy all the time.
