Can't boot. Pretty suspicious that almost all the posts
about this are from today!

C135s are corrupt registry errors, try booting into recovery console and
running a chkdsk first. If that doesnt allow you to boot then you can start
swapping hives from the winnt\repair directory to the winnt\system32\config
directory but make sure you save the old hives out with a new extension
before doing so or you will overwrite them.
