msi.dll is a Windows\system32 file, but not a graphics file which is what
your PC is trying to open. MSI.dll is a dynamic link library file. One of
your
apps is trying to open it as a graphic at boot time. The best way to
eliminate
this is to boot clean. Go to:
Start>Run>type MSCONFIG>and click OK
Click the Startup tab and uncheck/disable everything except your anti-virus
program>click Apply and Close>Reboot.
The problem should now be gone. Disabling apps from boot will run you
a cleaner machine and use less system resources. It will NOT delete anything
from your PC.
