C# VSTO to Disable / Enable Send / Receive in Outlook 2007

Hi there,

Can you show me some code to disable send / receive in Outlook 2007, using
C# in a VSTO add-in?

I found some code to do this via a command bar in VBA, but I have been
unable to translate it to C# VSTO.
