Hi, Kevin.
Stop 0x7B, Inaccessible_Boot_Device, usually shows up during installation of
Win2K, not after it has been installed and running for a while. It also can
show up after installation of a new boot device, such as a new hard drive.
In either case, the device drivers for the hard drive/controller are not on
the Win2K CD-ROM and must be added from a floppy diskette during
installation of Win2K.
If that is not the problem in your case, then see this page from the online
version of the WinXP Resource Kit (which should apply to Win2K, as well):
