Sorry about that. Here is the entire error message: The add-in "c\Program
Files\Spam Blocker Utility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d..." could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect & Repair
(didn't work) on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program
Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\..." You may be out of memory, out of system
resources, or missing a .dll file".
I tried your suggestion of starting Outlook in the Safe Mode (start/ Run
type 'outlook/safe' without the apostrophes and received the following
message: Windows cannot find 'outlook/safe'. Make sure you typed the name
correctly (I did, and without the apostrophes), and then try again to search
for a file, click the start button, and then click search. You are correct on
both counts with respect to whether it was EZ or CA. It was both, and the
problem started after our local ISP BrightHouse Networks/Roadrunner converted
subscribers from EZ which I'd had through them for several years with no
problems to CA. Its at that point I began to get the error message each time
I opened Outlook. Thank you so much for your quick response. Hopefully,
you'll be able to direct me to a resolution of this nagging problem.
