Today I deleted this file in "regedit". I have had the message for a long time and couldn't get to internet. Now I don't get the message, but I can't get to the internet anyway. Do you have any sugestions?

The shortening followed by a Tilde (~) usually corresponds to a name being too long for a certain program or windows to display. As to what the title actually responds to well it's spyware.
