C# loading satellite assemblies

Hi!

I have a question to loading resource-files to my application during
runtime.
Is it possible to get all languages for which a satellite assembly
exist during runtime?

I want to show a ComboBox with all installed languages and I want to
add a language dll resource without rebuilding the application!

And is it possible to put these language folders ("en", ...) in a
subfolder? And load the languages from this subfolder?
