Is there any way to pass an additional argument with the command line switch

/c ipm.activity

that will automatically populate the subject line on the newly created
journal entry?

Not that I'm aware of... unless you use VBA.

You can pass arguments to VBA code through a command line switch?

No, but you can use VBA to automatically populate the subject line.

You really like making things tough, don't you?

You'll probably need to use a web service or asp application. See if the
guys in the program_vba have an ideas.
