can you delete this folder and replace by expanding from your xp sp2 disc,
since add/remove windows components cannot find any files needed in it, even
tho they are there.......... ?

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. I cannot stress NO enough. Deleting system
files is a surefire way to screw up your pc. If you don't tell the
computer that the files aren't there anymore, it will look for them.
Just install the SP normally, it should be fine.

Hi I am thoroughly confused now. I have lost my "accessories" and games from
windows components and am wondering how to get them back onto my
computer? When i try and run add windows components it says certain files are
not installed - where do i go from here? Thanks for your help. SP
