Hi,
I am having space problem with one of my Windows 2000 server. It is IBM
xSeries 235 with 4 hdd raid 5 to single logical drive ( dynamic and simple)
and partitioned into C: and D:. Now even though I have compressed all files,
C: drive is full and I have to change the partition size. Any idea what would
be the best way to do that?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion-Rob

I was going to suggest you use Acronis Disk Director to copy the
entire disk to some storage location but found that the version I
have (10.0) does not support dynamic disks. You probably have to
do this:
- Using ntbackup, back up both partitions, including the System State.
- Install the new disks.
- Install an auxiliary copy of Windows in a folder other than c:\Windows.
- Using ntbackup, restore both partitions.

To speed things up I would probably use a large IDE disk as
a target for ntbackup.exe.
