C++ DLL used in C# project

Hi All
I want to use a c++ DLL in my c# project and when I add reference at my project it will show
my dll is not a valid assembly or COM component.
I know that I should to implelments some interfaces but I don't know what are these (as I know 3)interfaces and how can I generate the codes.
If anyone has any idea or any link that describe about these Interfaces please E-mail me!

's Computer Specifications

Managed C++ is not supported in the CF.
