Hi,

I would like to build up a web bulletin board by using C#. But my schedule
is quite busy, and I'm not familiar with the C# web form.
So, I'm thinking is there any C# based free ware I can use to quickly set up
my bulletin board?

Look at something like Community Server. Its should have most of the
functionality you require.
