Bypassing the custom field problem from Outlook to Access

Hello All,
I have created custom fields in outlook and am trying to link them
automatically to access.
As this looks to be not feasible directly, I would like to bypass the
problem coding the field values in the body of the email and then
decoding the body content in access using a query.

The body would contain something like
VALUE_NAME1: value1;
VALUE_NAME2: value2;
VALUE_NAME3: value3;

the first query would contain the first value and so on.
can you tell me how to script this decoding in a query?

thank you
