Hi

I have a multiple users accessing my database they are used to the main
entry form. I have made a change to the form and want to let everybody about
the change and how to use it when they open the form. So what I have done is
created a form that opens from the switchboard when users click on the choice
to open the main form. On this form is an explanation of the change is that
has been made, an ok button that closes this form and opens the main form.
What I want to do is put a check box on the explanation form for (do not show
this form again) and if checked the explanation form is bypassed and the main
form opens.

And help with this will be greatly appreciated.

The Northwinds sample database that ships with Access does this. Go take a
look at it and see how they did it.
