If my pc has wireless capability, will this router allow me to surf the internet without ethernet cable (which is what i have been doing so far):

Is this router any good?

I know somebody on forum recommended the Buffalo Airstation to use in conjuction with Virgin Broadband, but thats out of stock.

Yes I use the same one no problems whatsoever with.

Cable or wireless just follow the instructions to the letter.
