Buying New Motherboard!

Hey,Well i came down to this i dont know what to choose from those 2 but i want the best, i dont care about the price so dont tell me its expensive. These are my two choices: 1 - 2 , now tell me whats the best and which one to get and why!, so i can buy it and get it done with, also one last question do these mobos support Intel Core i7 860? which is the 2.8ghz!

Hard choice.

I like Asus, have three systems with their boards.

But the EVGA looks sweet.

Toss a coin.
