Buy a Kingston 512MB Stick or NOT !

Actually i want to increase the memory of my PC . I hav
a Gigabyte 8IR2003 ( REV.2 ) motherboard and a DDR333 256MB CAS2.
Stick , and i wanna buy a 512MB Kingston, But i only found in marke
a DDR400 which is CAS3 and i dunno whether to buy it or not since th
Motherboard manual says Only Supports 2.5V DDR DIMM . so will it wor
? and will the total RAM i have become 768MB or what ?? Knowing tha
it doesnt matter with me CAS3 , 2.5 or even 2 . thx
