Hi,

as i'm slowly getting insane with my small collection of removable drive cf
cards - i'd like to start a thread where you can list your suppliers of cf
cards.

For easy reading please use this format:

Name of the company - shop URL - fixed/removable - speed (ie 80X) - approx.
pricing

I am also interested in Flash IDE Drives. (Flash memory directly plugable
into IDE connectors)

Thanks
Stefan Fikar

We've been using SanDisk Ultra II cards for over a year now. They don't come
configured as non-removable, but if you sign a nondisclosure, SanDisk will
provide you with a utility which will allow you to mark them as
non-removable. The contact for getting the utility is Duthong Lam, at
(E-Mail Removed).

That are good news finally .

Thank you! I've been testing apacer IDE-Flashes the last days. Rugged and
simple,
but terribly slow... (1MB/s)...

Thanks again.

Well i've been told that this tool works with OEM Standard cards. Does it
really work with Ultra IIs? Have you been told that it would work or did you
just try?

Best regards,
Stefan Fikar
