Buttons in forms (in Outlook 2003) not doing anything?

So I was set as an approver on a form someone else filled out.

The link comes to me, and when the form opens, and I click on the
"Record Approval" button, nothing happens. It's like the button is
disabled, or there is no 'command' linked to it. (It has worked
before).

A few things I have tried:

- Make sure the "Collaboration Data Objects" is installed in the Office
setup.
- No secondary monitor plugged in.
- Run "Detect and Repair".
- Clear Forms Cache

Any other ideas?

Where is the form published? Are the items using the form located in your own Inbox? Is the message class for the item something like IPM.Note.MyForm?

By Published, i assume you mean where is the form originally located?
If so, then the form comes from one of our Exchange servers, at the
main office in another state. The button is working for other people in
both offices just fine.

The file in the Cache folder does indeed have the name "IPM.Note.*"
attached to it.

But where? In the Organizational Forms library? In a public folder's forms library?

Are you working online against the server? With Cached Exchange mode?

If you create a new item with this form and send it to yourself, do the buttons work on the copy you receive?

What "file in the Cache folder" are you referring to?
