When ever I go to the insert menu to click on Button it
isnt in there and i need that to get into the Button
Wizard to make a custom button for my site CAN YOU PLEASE
HELP ME!!!

What do you mean Button Wizard?
If it's the JAVA buttons (not universally supported) turn on JAVA (if you have a JAVA engine installed in your OS) in Tools Page
Options Compatibility

Or Form buttons are in the Insert Form menu
