To Button Not Working

Hi,
I have a user that when she selects the to button in outlook 2003, nothing
happens. Besides the detect and repair feature what else can she try?

Make sure she has associated her Contacts as an Outlook Address Book. Right
click on Contacts folder, Properties, Address Book.
