I do not know if it does in safe mode. It is not a problem that I can
reproduce. It starts doing this after extended use. If you shut it down and
restart Outlook sometimes it will work fine, for a while. The PC in question
is currently not in use since that person is out of the office for the week.
I was hoping to see if someone my know of this issue and know an immediate
fix.
