I have a computer with Windows XP running Microsoft Office Small Business
'03. This computer can pull up Outlook with no problems. It can send and
recieve emails as well, but if you click on any of the buttons on the toolbar
they are not responding. If you want to reply or forward an email you have
to open it in a new window to have full functions available. Also, if you
try to click on any of the created folders they do not respond. Basically
you can recieve and send emails, but nothing else is responding. Could
someone please help!!

Same happens when you run Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe")
which does not load any enabled add-ons?

I do not know if it does in safe mode. It is not a problem that I can
reproduce. It starts doing this after extended use. If you shut it down and
restart Outlook sometimes it will work fine, for a while. The PC in question
is currently not in use since that person is out of the office for the week.
I was hoping to see if someone my know of this issue and know an immediate
fix.
