If the button is an image you created, click the button to select it,
then Insert->Hyperlink Type in the URL for the page on the other
website, in the form http://www.example.com/pagename.htm , and you may
select Target Frame of new page (_blank) if you wish to keep your own
site open.

If the button is on a FrontPage navigation bar, select a page to place
the button under (e.g Home page) then right-click and select "Add
External Page" or "Add Existing Page" (FP2003) and type in the URL for
the page as above. You will not be able to specify a new window.

None of my hyperlinks from my home page are visible after I publish it. I
took an existing website & did a "save as" to create another website. I
have changed all of my hyperlinks to match the new site's pages, but they
aren't showing up once I publish it. Also, part of the old website is
showing up as index.htm but I'm not sure where to go & delete it from.
