Hi

This may be simple, but can anyone tell me the easiest way to create a
button bar below a main menu bar like what you get in Word, Excel etc. I
can't see anything in VB.NET help regarding this?

There is a ToolBar control available. Have a look at the toolbox for
this control and the ImageList component.

If it should be drawn in Office (2003) style, wait for Whidbey (2005) or
use the Sandbar, for example:
