Button Appears in Design view, but not after publishing on my PC

's Computer Specifications

I have recently installed Frontpage 2002 to my new PC. When creating buttons
they appear in Design View on my PC, but not after publishing on my PC. If I
access the website from another separate PC (my PC at work), the button
appears and functions properly. Do I need to re-install and customize my set
up? A friend suggested downloading a JAVA application - Please help.
