I have just installed - or I think I have installed - the
above mentioned floppy disk drvie but cannot get it
to "see" floppy disks when I insert them. I've tried both
the older type disk as well as the HD disks. It appears
that the computer recognizes the hardware as it is
indicated in Windows Explorer as Drive H. My operating
systgem is Windows XP. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

There is no installation required for XP. One just plugs
the drive into a socket and they work......Exchange the
product for another one. Buslink is a little pricey for
a USB 1.1 product.
