My Laptop came pre-loaded with Office 2003 Professional. I want to load the
Business Contact Manager but I don't have the CD to install it. What can I

Talk to the vendor that sold you the laptop and ask them for the CD.

Since you stated that you are already running Office 2003 Pro you should be
able to download and install the update for BCM V2.Here the link to download
