Just recently installed BCM. While in outlook the Business Tools menu
quickly disappears and reappears on the menu bar. How do I start this?
Also, some kind of SQL services Manager loads up at startup but doesn't seem
connected to anything. do I need that?

Hi

The SQL service manager can be enabled by going to start > run >
svrnetcn.exe and enabling tcp/ip .once this is done exit and reopen the same
..
(Do note this feature only helps determining the instanceof BCM and has no
other usage)
