Business Manager won't launch, won't allow outlook to launch

All of a sudden when I launch Outlook, I get an error message that says
"cannot start the reminder service. Unable to show reminders. The Reminders
folder couldnot be found. another application closed unexpectedly while
using your Person Folders file C:/Documents and Settings/Kevin M.
Fitzgerald?Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook.pst. To
prevent potential damage to your Personal Folders file, it wll not be
available until you close all applications currently using it." Then I get a
message from Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to
close. That shuts everything down and the cycle starts all over again. Can
you help? Thanks
