Business Manager Crashes Outlook 2003

Outlook will open, but if I try to perform any function,
even open an email, I get the massage "Business Contact
Manger has encountrered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience."
Dependin on the function I try to perform, sometimes I do
not even get the message, the progem just closes.
