Business Inkjet 1100 Printing from Excel 97 in Win 2000 TS

Hi all,

we have a Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Server that remote users
connect to, and print to Novell printers. We have a mixture of 20 HP
Laserjets and Deskjets and never had any unsolvable problems... until
now.

Since adding the Business Inkjet 1100, users who print from Excel 97
only get one copy out then Excel hangs.

They can get around this by printing one copy each time, but if they
forget, and do multiple copies, it hangs.

I have got the latest driver, and checked settings - which look fine.

Can't find anything on Google or HP site (NG & web search).
