Yes
Depend on your host support of server side scripting or your skills w/ client side scripting

I use Network Solutions and they seem to work very well with FP. I want to
advertise used books for sale and when an individual clicks on the book to
purchase I want it to go into my shopping cart. I have tried PayPal and it
will list the book clicked on, but when clicking on another book it deletes
the first book and only shows the purchase of the last book instead and not
the first book clicked on. I thought I might try setting up my own shopping
cart, but can't figure out how to get the clicked book to show up in the
shopping cart.

If you are having a problem with PayPal, then you have not set up your pages to use the PayPal
shopping cart correctly.

For example, see:

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.
