Just moved to 2007 Outlook. Have large 3.5GB pst folder. If I add Business
Contact Manager and reorganize those files out into Business Contact manager
is that a logic solution to help Outlook 2007 operate efficiently?

Outlook and BCM's data stores operate independently of each other.

To reduce your PST size, try archiving old emails.

Thanks Luther. I thought Business Contact Manager files might store separate
from Outlook, and once I make the change, this should help. I am already
archiving old emails, but thanks for that suggestion as well.
