I had a disk problem and needed to create a new system disk with Outlook and
BCM. I knew how to import my old Outlook.pst file to recovery most of my
contact information and emails, but I can't figure out how to recover my
Business Contact Manager information (Mostly the contacts). I have access to
my backups, but don't know what I am looking for. Can anyone help me with
this?

I don't have BCM in front of me, but doesn't it have a Backup and Restore
command somewhere on the File menu?
